Publish Your Work

Thank you for your interest in submitting your legal work for publication to The Legal R&D. We appreciate your contribution towards making legal research more accessible in Pakistan.

Submission Guidelines:

1. The submission should be original work that has not been published elsewhere.
2. The submission should be in Microsoft Word format. Please use Times New Roman font with 12 pt font size.
3. The submission should be sent to admin@the-legal.org.
4. You must include your full name, contact information, and a short bio along with a professional formal picture.

Review Process:

1. All submissions will be reviewed by the Editorial Board of The Legal International.
2. The review process may take up to two (2) weeks.

Terms of Agreement:

5. By submitting your work for publication on The Legal R&D, you agree to grant us the exclusive right to publish your work on our website, social media platforms along with our Magazine.
6. You also agree to grant us the right to use your work for promotional purposes.
7. We will not be responsible for any copyright, plagiarism, online theft or any other unlawful, illegal, malpractice, violations caused by the submission of your work.

Publishing Policies:

8. The Legal R&D reserves the right to edit, alter, or otherwise change the the content of the submission for grammar, style, and formatting purposes, and as necessary for publication.
9. The Legal R&D will only publish work that meets our standards of quality and relevance.
10. The Legal R&D will provide proper credit to the author of the work.
11. Authors retain copyright in their work but grant The Legal R&D a license to publish it.
12. The Legal R&D reserves the right to publish accepted submissions on its website or any other platform it deems appropriate.
13. The Legal R&D may publish submissions on a rolling basis and does not have set publication deadlines.
14. The Legal R&D does not provide payment or compensation for published submissions.

Rights and Privileges:

15. You will receive credit for your work on our website and social media platforms.
16. You will be able to include a short bio, picture and a link to your personal website or social media profile.
